Webshop software
Django & UWKM
Our webshop is developed with software from Django. The information you provide us for our services is shared with this party. Django and UWKM have access to your data to provide us with technical support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Django & UWKM are obliged by the agreement we made with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Django uses cookies to store technical information. Related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Webhosting
TransIP
We use webhosting and e-mail services provided by TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the Services. This is not personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the agreement, TransIP is bound to secrecy.
Email and mailing lists
MailChimp & TransIP
Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles the email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters.
All confirmation e-mails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the MailChimp & TransIP servers. MailChimp and TransIP will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this link, you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp & TransIP. MailChimp & TransIP use cookies and other internet technologies that give insight in whether emails are opened and read. For the processing of (part of) the payments in our shop we use the platforms of MultiSafepay & Rabobank. MultiSafepay & Rabobank process your name, address and city details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay & Rabobank have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay and Rabobank reserve the right to use your data to further improve their services and in this context to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards for the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of MultiSafepay's and Rabobank's services for which they engage third parties. MultiSafepay & Rabobank will not retain your data any longer than is legally permitted.

We collect reviews via the platform of Django If you leave a review via Django then you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Django shares these details with us so we can link the review to your order. Django also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Django may contact you to explain your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with Django. They will only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Django has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Django reserves the right to use third parties to provide its services; we have given Django permission to do so. Shipping and Logistics
PostNL, DHL, GLS and own transport
When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of various shipping parties to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with these parties. These parties will only use this information for the execution of the agreement. In the event that these parties engage subcontractors, these parties will also make your details available to these subcontractors.

For keeping our records and accounts we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address and details relating to your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be transmitted and stored securely. Exact will treat your data confidentially. Exact will not use your personal data for any purpose other than those described above.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your information for (targeted) marketing. Storage periods
We will retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
