Track Support BV cares deeply about your privacy. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website, paddock service and sales and maintenance point in Assen and the services of Track Support BV that are accessible via this website. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 03/06/2021.

Our webshop is developed with software from Django. The information you provide us for our services is shared with this party. Django and UWKM have access to your data to provide us with technical support, they will never use your data for another purpose. TransIP

We use webhosting and e-mail services provided by TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the Services. This is not personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the agreement, TransIP is bound to secrecy.

Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles the email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters.
All confirmation e-mails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the MailChimp & TransIP servers. MailChimp and TransIP will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. For the processing of (part of) the payments in our shop we use the platforms of MultiSafepay & Rabobank. MultiSafepay & Rabobank process your name, address and city details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay & Rabobank have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay and Rabobank reserve the right to use your data to further improve their services and in this context to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards for the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of MultiSafepay's and Rabobank's services for which they engage third parties. We collect reviews via the platform of Django If you leave a review via Django then you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. PostNL, DHL, GLS and own transport

When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of various shipping parties to carry out the deliveries.
